Terms of ServiceI. GENERAL
o1. All artworks are created by me, glizzrybear.
o2. You may not claim my art as yours or someone elses.
o3. You may not edit on top of my art without my permission.
o4. I reserve the rights to refuse any commission requests.
o5. I reserve the right to use or upload a watermarked version of commission results for promotional purposes like on my social media or as examples for my portfolio. I will never repurpose commissioned artworks for monetary gain (prints, stickers etc.)
II. PAYMENT
o1. Payments will be done upfront or after sketch if there is one.
o2. Payments will be accepted via vgen (card and paypal accepted), paypal, or local bank: BCA/Shopeepay.
III. REVISIONS
o1. Major revisions can be done during the first sketch stage (if applicable).
o2. Minor revisions can be asked for during any stage of the commission while it’s still in progress.
o3. No revisions will be done for delivered and approved commissions. You can still ask but I am under no obligation to accept.major revisions requested during any stage but the initial sketch stage will be subject to additional fee
IV. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
o1. I'm a slow drawer with a TAT anywhere from days to months. I always give an estimated TAT quote at the beginning of our commission discussion!
o2. Workdays: the weekends and the occasional weekday nights.
o3. Timezone: GMT+7.
o4. Deadlines: inform me in advance if you have a deadline.you can contact me anytime to ask for commission progress! That being said, i work 9-6 so my presence will likely reflect that. if you send a message during my work hours, chances are i can't reply until i get off but i'll get back to you ASAP!
V. USAGE
o1. Commissions are for personal use only.
o2. Commercial use will come at a discussed additional price (2-3x)feel free to ask if you have questions!
VI. REFUND POLICY
o1. No refund can be given for finished and approved commissions.
o2. Partial refund can be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on the commission progress.
o3. Full refund can be given if I haven’t started the commission or if I missed a pre-agreed deadline.I will not cover the fees for refunds unless the refund is done due to my failings of being a responsible artist (eg. missing deadlines / cancelling a commission)

o1. You may not claim the design to be created by you or anyone else. The credit for the design can only be me, glizzrybear
o2. Involvement of my designs and artworks in cryptocurrency fields (NFT, bitcoin, etc) are NOT allowed
o3. My designs are for personal usage only. commercial usage may be bought for an extra fee, please contact me to discuss.commercial usage includes anything where the character's usage will accrue money, including but not limited to publishing, VTubing (unless you are not accepting donos)
II. PAYMENT
o1. Payment is in USD via Paypal
o2. I accept payment plans, with a non-refundable deposit to discourage hit&run.
o3. All finished sales are final. once you've bought and received the character, a refund is not possible.If a chargeback or refund request is received, I retain the rights to revoke the design and put it back up for sale. The buyer will be blacklisted.
III. EDITING
o1. Editing is allowed with at least 50% of the likeness retained (outfit and accessories doesn't count)
o2. You may not edit on my art
o3. Voiding my designs from CS are allowed. You are responsible for any and all ramification from that decision
o4. Creating alternate universe (AU) or other versions of the character is allowed, including making a closed species (CS) version of themall versions made of the character will be locked to the character and must be traded/resold/gifted together. they may change ownership separately
IV. OWNERSHIP
o1. Co-owning is not allowed
o2. Reselling is allowed for the base price + value of any additional monetary commissioned pieces. Reselling for more than what you paid is not allowed.
o3. Designs received from trade/gift cannot be resold
o4. Vouchers are discouraged but allowed (for designs received through trade) for its base original price
o5. Once a design is vouchered, it's considered traded and cannot be directly resold.Voucher means no money goes to you at all. This means gift cards and the likes are also not allowed!
